WELCOME TO THE AMANDA APPAREL HELP CENTRE
We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you navigate our coastal-inspired collections, shipping, and policies with ease.
1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to fit every body type. Our size chart is available on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a comfortable fit, especially in our flowy summer dresses.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our Littleton warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-21 business days for international orders to arrive.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please initiate your return by contacting us at mailto:payment@amandaapparel.net.
5. How do I know which size dress or top to choose?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. For dresses, we recommend checking the bust, waist, and hip measurements. For tops, measure your bust and compare it to the product’s measurements.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at mailto:payment@amandaapparel.net. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.”
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We also offer flexible installment plans via Klarna.
8. How should I care for my AMANDA APPAREL pieces?
To preserve the quality of our natural fabrics:
  • Linen & Cotton: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle or hand wash. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
  • Silk & Delicates: Hand wash cold or dry clean only.
  • Always check the care label inside the garment.
9. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at mailto:payment@amandaapparel.net within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
10. Do you have a physical store?
We operate primarily online but host semi-annual warehouse sales in our Littleton facility. Please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates on our warehouse sale dates.
