We want you to love your coastal-inspired pieces. If a style doesn’t fit your vision, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be free of scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
- Have all original packaging and hygiene stickers intact.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be accepted for return:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are considered final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Intimate Apparel: Due to health and safety regulations.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email mailto:payment@amandaapparel.net to notify us of your return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Securely: Place the item in its original box, then in a protective outer package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Ship Back: Send the parcel to our returns department at 10901 W Toller Dr Suite 368, Littleton, CO 80127.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to stock fluctuations. We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired size or style.
